Hi, I have been in education for 28+ years and have spent the majority of that time working with special needs students in some capacity. The DonorsChoose.org organization captured my attention to help my classroom in meeting the students interest and needs. I am a firm believer that the more actively involved students are in their learning, the more they retain the information that is being presented. I am looking for this organization to help with this endeavor and make my classroom a more exciting place and bring the students involvement to the level where their hidden talents can be displayed. My classroom would like to share with anyone who considers donating to our cause, a BIG "Thank You" for believing in what we do.
