These materials will help me build a Reading Anchor Chart Command Center in classroom. The anchor charts will be available for students to use during their independent reading time and while working on different reading strategies. This project will provide a space where students can collaborate, reflect, practice and apply strategies independently in their reading. This project will give students the confidence to be risk takers and to be able to apply many different strategies to their reading. The anchor charts serve as a teaching tool and are ways that students can learn different strategies to apply to their reading.
