My Kindergarteners love carpet time. We spend a lot of time throughout our day gathering on the carpet to learn new skills, collaborate and build a love of learning. I have had the pleasure of working at my current school since it opened in 2009. Our school has grown in numbers each year. We are now facing an overcrowding issue. We are the largest elementary school in our district and larger than some of the high schools in our district as well. I love all of my students and want the best education possible for each and every one of them. We would love to have a new classroom carpet that can fit our entire class on it. We grow as learners in this special spot of our classroom. Thank you for taking the time to read this. :-)
