Our middle school is a 6th-8th grade campus. We are a Title 1 campus with 90% of our students coming from a low-economic family. Our school strives to maintain a safe environment and build positive relationships with our students - who may not have the relationships elsewhere. Our students read on a daily basis and having an incentive program for them, like Battle of the Books, makes their reading more enjoyable. They have limited access to books outside of school, so keeping a up-to-date library is essential for them.

About my class
