"Education is evolving due to the impact of the Internet. We cannot teach our students in the same manner in which we were taught. Change is necessary to engage students not in the curriculum we are responsible for teaching, but in school. Period." April Chamberlain. My goal is to give my students improved access to the internet and thereby open up new doors for them in my classroom. By providing functioning computers, my students will have limitless opportunities to apply what we've learned in class in engaging, authentic ways. We often take for granted access to working computers, but many of my students do not have that luxury. With the addition of these Chromebooks to our classroom, there are no limits to what these budding historians can accomplish! Thank you!
