Our fledgeling team has the desire to succeed, but no tools with which to do so. The kit that comes with team registration for competition is very basic. It will build a moving robot but that's about it. With the power tools we are asking for our team will be able to work their magic. Using raw materials they will be able to saw, clamp, bolt and solder their way to victory by building a robot that can complete the tougher challenges of the competition. These tools will enable us to, not only build a robot, but take it to the next level and truly be competitive not just this year, but for years to come. With these saws, wrenches, vice grips and other tools we can create a robot with personality! A robot that will be able to master the tasks required to take us to the competition finals and the winners circle; creating a whole group of experienced mentors for next year's group of robotics hopefuls!
