Through the use of technology, my students with special needs, will be put on an equal playing field with their peers. They will build confidence in themselves, allowing for a greater understanding of skills and concepts that are being taught. Using the Fire tablets will open new windows to the world, while building 21st century skills needed for today’s workforce. As my student become more proficient using the Fire tablets, they will be able to complete coursework in a more timely manner, taking a lot of undue stress off of their shoulders. This will allow for them to get the most from their education!! The use of this technology will help my students in all subjects areas: mathematics, literature, ELA, social studies and science. Most importantly, it will help my students organize not only their materials, but their thoughts as well.
