Research has shown that students learn better when they have choices in their learning. Flexible classroom seating invites collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking by helping students manage their physical energy and comfort as they learn on their own terms. I want to provide a student centered classroom where students are free to make choices in their learning. Gone are the days of sitting in tidy rows, 21st century students are able to make choices in how they work best. This may mean sitting on the floor, standing, wobbling, or even laying down. This project, if funded will provide the Kore Wobble Chairs that will give my students an additional choice to the options already in place. Every student will love being a part of this classroom environment.
