This year I am teaching 3rd grade and it has been a journey. My students had to adjust when I went on maternity leave and have been readjusting to me being back. Each day is a new day. My scholars are getting more into a routine and are trying to find kindness in their hearts toward each other every day. They are also demonstrating more encouragement and praise toward peers who show a growth mindset and are kind. With more practice, I know my students will become true kind scholars! My heart grows everyday that I see them make progress. After all, I always tell my students, "Practice Makes Better!"
