Students will be using LEGO Mindstorms kits and idea book to engage in science, technology, enngineering, and mathematics (STEM) activities. These activities will help to enhance the scientific and engineering process while also building a community of learners. While being engaged in STEM, students will also practice social skills that involve teamwork with an emphasis on collaboration and fair play. These skills will help students to develop into well-rounded individuals who excel both academically and socially. By creating a before school Robotics Club, students will be given the opportunity to explore the world of STEM with hands-on tools and lessons that enhances learning beyond textbooks. Think, Do, and Test will be the foundation of everything that will be built with an emphasis on teamwork.
