I teach a group of 22 absolutely amazing, high energy kids. My students are very active learners! I enjoy creating differentiated, engaging stations to keep student interest. Our day begins with math workshop where kids are encouraged to visit stations to investigate, explore, compare, analyze, measure and just have fun while learning. Later, we participate in active Daily 5 stations to help enhance our literacy skills. We practice word work, reading and writing during this time. In addition, we explore science and social studies during theme time. Students are excited to investigate themes such as rocks and space. It is my goal to make school an absolutely unforgettable, amazing place to be! I want my students to leave me with a love for learning.
