My students have been impacted, especially in their writing for the last two years. Students came to be, not able to write in lines on paper/ notebooks and have also had to learn typing skills to effectively type their thoughts on their portable word processors. We are going to focus on Writing Standard 3.4 With guidance and support from adults, produce writing in which the development and organization are appropriate to task and purpose. (Grade-specific expectations for writing types are defined in W.3.1-3). Making students enthusiastic and motivated to take their thinking and place it on paper or accurately on electronic devices, is the key to this project. Tools, such as a mouse, make it easier to navigate your documents.
