First, I want my students to LOVE reading! I choose some high interest books so that they don't feel like reading is a chore. Having a well decorated classroom with soft floor space will create a welcoming environment where my students can feel safe and take risks in their learning! The white boards will give me a better idea of how my students are progressing individuals. The math manipulatives and games will give my students other ways to express their learning. All of these combined will make my classroom a successful learning environment! This is my first year and I want to start out strong! Thank You!

About my class
