Our school is mostly economically disadvantaged, but not lacking in a positive attitude or thirst of learning. My Kinder children are between the ages of 5 and 6, with a great spirit and heart. They are always eager to learn and work together. They enjoy talking to each other just about anything and always include others in their learning. They are able to describe and share to others what they are working on. Some even take on the role of teacher when trying to explain things to others who are struggling. They love using the Smartboard. When we have technical issues they always let out a big sigh of disappointment, but shake it off and continue with their learning.
