I have been away from my students since March. I never thought we would go through something like this. I want to make sure that my students are able to continue learning through the summer. Brain Quest workbooks help bridge that gap over the summer. I also want to continue to build their love of reading by using a novel that is set so close to home, Planet Earth is Blue. Kids are able to connect with things they are familiar with, especially when the setting of the book is so close to our own back yard. This novel is also wonderful because it teaches an important life lesson,
