Our classroom is like a hive of busy worker bees. We have rules but, we are nontraditional. My students are allowed to be free, as long as they produce. We sometimes have a "production" line. This allows a student who may not ordinarily get the opportunity to shine, the opportunity to get it started. The next person adds on, the next person adds on until, they have created something extra ordinary. My school offers teachers a chance to teach and students are allowed to learn. The environment is conducive for both to happen.
