My school is an alternative education school that services at-risk youth. Many of my students have struggled to be successful in a general education setting. We offer students a chance to work at their own pace in a blended learning environment. The purpose of the program is to allow students the chance to recover credits in order to graduate. Many of my students do not have access to the required materials needed to be successful. When students are working on their chromebooks, it can become quite noisy without ear buds. The noise then causes distraction. With the requested items, students will be able to work in a quieter environment during independent time, and they will also be able to better receive media support during whole group instruction by using the requested desktop speakers. Students are also required to keep a binder with them at all times for behavior charts, notes, and journals. Many students do not
