As a new Librarian to our school, my goal is to create an inviting and comfortable space where our 425 students can come and "hang out" while relaxing with their favorite books! More than half of our students receive free/reduced lunch and live in many different living situations. Many don't have a cozy place to enjoy reading at home and rely on the warmth and comfort of our school library to meet their needs. The bean bag and flex seating chairs requested in this project will allow us to start creating an inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy! Thank you in advance for your consideration in helping me achieve these goals for our incredible students!

About my class
