Every day, learning happens differently for everyone. My students require modified and accommodated materials. I often take the curriculum that is used in a general education classroom and enhance it so that it can be accessed by my very special learners. Sometimes, items need to be bigger, or presented in a different way. This requires creativity on my part and the tools to bring ideas to fruition. The key to success in the classroom lies in having appropriate adaptations, accommodations, and modifications made to the instruction and other classroom activities. For this, access to a color printer is paramount. Color brings all of these items to life.
