My classroom is an Autism focused Special Day Class serving grades K-2. Our classroom focuses on teaching independence and fostering positive relationships with all adults and peers, so that the students can live happy and healthy lives within their community. All of my students are considered moderately to severely impacted by their autism, with many of them having limited to no verbal skills.
