At my school, we are moving towards incorporating more STEM activities and learning into the curriculum. Using hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics is a huge part of this. Each day, my second grade students work hard to learn new concepts, but we do not always have the resources or materials to put the hands-on learning into place in the classroom. I want keep my class engaged by incorporating hands-on robotics and coding activities into the everyday curriculum. The students are so eager to learn, and I want to give them every opportunity to grow as thinkers and learners.
