In order to make lessons engaging for today's student, educators must learn to navigate in a world that is youth-friendly, but frightening for those of us who grew up with a rotary dial phone and a long cord for privacy. Teachers who can keep up with the continual changes in technology are the ones who can provide their students with lessons and assignments that intrigue the tech-savvy students who learn without realizing it. As Bob Dylan sang, "The Times They are A-Changin'", today's teachers must be willing to stay ahead of the curve to reach their students effectively.
