We are a 6th grade language arts literacy classroom with 16 students. I also teach two 6th grade Geography classes with about 15 students in each. I also teach 7th grade Ancient Civilizations with about 20 students in each classroom. My students live in one of the most impoverished cities in the country. Many of my students need extra motivation to achieve at a higher level.
