This year we are using more robotics in my room and giving them an iPad will allow them to use the robotics apps they need. The students currently have the robots they need but don't have a way to get them to move or to create their own paths to follow. The students will use creativity and gain knowledge that they may not receive in their regular classroom. The students are excited to use robotics and with the simple start of getting an iPad, they will be able to move on to more complex skills. Being able to give them this gift would help them to create and become invested more in the classroom.
