My students love the opportunity to choose where they sit. They eagerly await their turn in our cozy corner. Help me provide them with that same excitement every day. Students are more focused, productive, and engaged when flexible seating options are available. Currently, students sprawl out in various locations around the room, turn chairs backwards, and stand at tables and desks. Flexible seating will provide learners with a safe, comfortable, and exciting classroom. Floor cushions will foster collaboration amongst peers through comfortable group seating, a bean bag for a place to curl up and fall in love with a good book, as well as wobble stools to help wiggly 6 year olds focus on reading and math skills. With your help, my students will be able to choose a space in our classroom that best meets their individual needs.
