I have an engaging group of third graders! They love to read and learn. My classroom has become a safe haven for some of my students as they have rough home life. To help them feel more at home in their second home, I am looking to create a more cozy and flexible environment. Studies and research has shown that flexible seating and a more student-centered classroom produces better results in regards to learning and test results. If students are comfortable in their surroundings, they will be more actively engaged in the classroom. Flexible seating also increases open collaboration and conversation in the classroom. My students are a great group of students. Each child has a special place in my heart. Help me provide a more engaging and collaborative environment for my class!
