Hello Potential Donor! Thank you for reviewing my welcome message. I am a second grade self-contained ESL teacher of 24 students in a public school in the Bronx. My students are from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Africa, China, and Yemen. A majority of my students are receiving free or reduced school meals. Our school is located in a high poverty neighborhood and majority of our schools students live in homes that are overcrowded while many live in shelters. Fortunately, my students always come into school with smiles on their faces and enthusiasm to learn.
