I support 34 students at an urban school in Atlanta, GA. We have a resource room where I service up to five grade levels of ELL's and ELL's Special Education students at a time with as many as 8 kids in my room at one time, working on different subjects and different assignments. Many of my students are easily distracted and have some form of attention disorder such as autism, ADHD, emotional/behavior disturbed, developmental delays and that English is not their first language. Our school is in a very low socioeconomic neighborhood and it is 97% African American 3% other and 100% of the school is on free price lunch program.
