One of the most important goals of teaching is focusing on the needs of the students. With this purpose in mind, it is understood that whole group teaching is not the way to advance achievement. In this decade, it is time to focus on the specific needs of our students through flexible seating. Teachers must be able to teach using the multiple intelligence of students, instructing numerous small groups, and allowing groups to change based on ability. Flexible seating makes this possible. These new tables will allow students to be able to think of the classroom as a room equipped to handle their specific needs.
