This Bluetooth speaker will allow the teacher to play music during physical education classes. Students in grades PK-2 take part in dancing units and station activities. The music acts as a management tool for students to "stop" and "go" during activities. This speaker will be loud enough for all student to hear the music and can be easily controlled via a handheld device while circulating the gym. This will improve our current system, which does not always work, when we have to connect our phone to the speaker. In order to pause or stop the music we have to walk over to the system, taking us away from the students. This project will allow us to circulate the gym to give feedback to all students and create more effective transitions for stations.
