I have the best students in Kindergarten! Our school is one of the top performing schools in our district. We come from very diverse cultures, with languages from Somalian to Italian spoken in their homes. Students are between 4-8 years of age in my classroom. We have 100% of our families living below the federal poverty limit. All of the students participate in the free breakfast and lunch program. Our school is in a high crime area. We also are an inclusive classroom with many differences in learning. There are many students with disabilities like emotionally disturbed, students who are deaf, and physical handicaps. But this NEVER limits us!
