My students are a group of hands-on diverse learners. They seem to respond more through active learn opposed to sitting down for long periods of time. Group work with the opportunity of class participation, gets them excited and motivated to learn. My school seems to care about the students as they often ask our input about the most effective ways of teaching. My colleagues have been very supportive of me joining the team.
