Many consider Socials Studies to be a very boring subject. As a Social Studies teacher, I try my best to bring Social Studies to life by utilizing various technology strategies within my classroom. My students are extremely technology savvy, and they love when I incorporate technology into my lessons. We need nine iPad Minis with cases and chargers. The iPad minis will allow students to play review games like Kahoot and Heads Up. My students will be able to create iMovie projects about social studies content. Creating iMovies will allow my students to enhance their knowledge of social studies through hands-on project experiences. Incorporating technology into my classroom has drastically improved my test scores throughout the years. I strive to find innovative ways for my students to learn my subject area. The iPad minis will allow me to make sure that technology is infused within my classroom on a consistent basis.
