My first graders will use the laptop to type edited versions of the the stories they have written. Technology is limited, and it would be a wonderful resource to have one laptop designated as our typing station. Students will write, type and publish individual stories, and turn them into hard covered books! The printer will be used to print the typed versions of each child's story. After a story is printed, the student can illustrate the book. Once the book is complete, it will be given a cover. Our writing workshop will be an exciting place, and every student will have several opportunities to publish books!
