Being a newly STEM magnet school this project will ignite my students passion for science and all the beneficial elements they can create just by simply using aquaponics. This project will give my students first hand experience in aquaponics that will hopefully lead to larger scale aquaponics systems in the future. My students will help set up the aquaponics system and will be in charge of checking the system, as well as the plants and fish and keeping the aquaponics system running smoothly. The students will journal about the aquaponics system and be able to study and experiment different plants they can grow within the aquaponics sytem.

About my class
