I am a Math teacher at a Title 1 school where almost 81% of students are on free or reduced lunch. For most students, school is the safe place in their life. Teachers, staff and students come together to help create the caring community that we have established. Everyone works hard and looks out for each other. The positive relationships are one of the most important aspects of our school. It is evident that the teachers really care about students’ success, and students really appreciate their teachers’ hard word.

About my class
