Students will use these plays for study, and some will use them to find scenes to perform in class, or monologues to perform for competitions. Our library, while somewhat adequate for our 750 person school, is lacking in dramatic literature. This project will seek to increase our library and supplemental materials, giving us a great starting point in seeking to create great works. Our students are passionate performers, but often do not know where to start in seeking to produce their own works. Having a collection of Pulitzer Prize winners are an easy start to selecting scenes and plays that move people.
