The students at our school are all very curious. They are very engineering oriented, but have all come from diverse backgrounds. Because of these traits, the students tend to be awesome at math, but do not have a true mastery of the other subjects, or even rather simple projects such as where the food they are eating comes from. Many were raised in families that do not have time or money to make healthy meals. The meals students crave are always the typical American fast food type: pizza, hamburgers, etc... These students are at a crucial point in their life where they can truly change the way they are eating. With a little help from teachers, students are presented with real life problems and are able to create solutions that impact their own lives and the community.

About my class
