Teaching a group of twenty four 2nd grade students is never boring! My students and I are located in North Carolina and everyday we find ourselves in new adventures...learning and teaching one another. We live and learn in a whole brain school which allows us to sing, dance, and move around daily as we use every part of our brain to learn! I am so blessed this year to have the absolute sweetest students, now they don't always get along and they certainly aren't always quiet when they need to be, but they are the kindest group of students I have ever taught. They constantly look out for one another and despite their many differences, all twenty four children truly share a friendship. The close friendships we share in our classroom are a true reflection of our school atmosphere as we really are one, big family...staff, students, and parents included!
