In the engineering process, a final step is to make prototypes. Prior to having 3D printers, students relied on anything they could find around the house to make their prototype. My students use a 3D printer to produce prototypes for their senior capstone projects along with various projects in the design class. Some examples of the projects are the train engine and car and puzzle cube. Also my Skills USA club makes items to sell in the student store to raise money to pay for their F1 race car. I am requesting printing filament in a variety of colors so my students can complete their projects. Please consider helping my future engineers who happen to be awesome kids.
