Students will be able to use the bean bag chair in the relaxation corner of the room to help relax/decompress/relieve stress when the time arises. Using a corner of the room where students can go to "get away" from things is beneficial to their mental and physical well-being. The bean bag chair will be loved by all students as it is easier to get comfortable and relax compared to a metal folding chair or desk. Bean bags allow the students to submerse themselves in full relaxation. With the addition of a large bean bag chair the students will have a place where they can close their eyes and practice calming strategies while using their "tool box" of strategies to re-engage in the classroom setting.
