By getting these books for our classroom, we will build a classroom library that best fits my students needs as young readers. They need books that they find interesting and will inspire them to become better readers. They will want to explore the books and grow as readers. My students come into Kindergarten with little to no reading experience, and these books will change that. These books can inspire children, take them on adventures, and make them want to know more. Giving students a chance to read a book that is at their appropriate level will encourage them to read more. They will grow as the year progresses and be able to dread books at many levels. Being a new teacher, our classroom library is very small. I want to build it to give my students a chance to read and grow.
