In 2015, I started a coding club from scratch with no resources and now it's one of the largest clubs in my middle school. Similar clubs have access to 3D printers, Minecraft accounts, and multiple types of robots. My students were excited to learn programming through platforms like code.org, codehs, and Google CS First online courses, but I need more. A set of Sphero SPRK robots will open up amazing opportunities for my students to explore hands-on programming through completing mazes, competitive courses, and just simple play! Students can build vehicles that are powered by the SPRK, vehicles that even travel on water! This is next level! My students will be able to imagine the possibilities and create them using these devices. I can't wait to see what they come up with! Check out some examples: http://www.sphero.com/sprk-plus
