Math is fun and challenging at the same time. The key to mastering Math skill is practice, practice, practice! But in order to keep up to the challenge, students need to be more engaged in the classroom. How fulfilling it is to hear from a student "Oh, I want to do it!" You know that the student who said it is excited about learning and proud of what he or she accomplished. But as a teacher it's my desire to hear that from all my students. I want to see them all engaged and to make them communicate in the classroom. I want to see their work and give them immediate feedback. Students like learning from one another, too, and they don't want worksheets all the time. They want to be active and competitive, to be the center of attention and be proud of what they have accomplished. Having these whiteboards and markers in the classroom will allow me to give more creative and fun activities to my students and let them be continually engaged with the lesson. I want to see all of them work and say,"We did it!"
