Traditionally, electives are first to be cut in school, more specifically physical education. Donations help us to receive Plyo platforms to educate students in the way of exercise as a healthy lifestyle choice. Exercise helps students sleep better, contribute to improved mental health and better performance academically. The more equipment we have allows for more exercise stations which adds to the ability to reach the moderate to vigorous exercise goal. Exercise also helps to boost the self confidence in children. They will have a better outlook on life and feel good about the world around them. These pieces of equipment have that much significant change in students lives.
