It is difficult to grasp an understanding of science, in any capacity, without any manipulatives. Especially being deprived of hands-on and interactive activities due to the pandemic, my students will be able to develop a better understanding of the effects human involvement can have on our world. These science kits will reinforce how important biodiversity is and how it is a necessary part of supporting life on Earth while giving a physical and visual model. I have seen how much of a positive impact these manipulatives and interactive activities can have on my students' experience and I believe that these science kits will allow them to have the best possible learning from home experience possible!
