Hello! My name is Tera Donaldson. I teach first graders at Vance Elementary School in the Tuscaloosa County School System. I love watching the faces of my students light up when they realize "I can...". More than anything though, I want the little ones in my care to know they are loved, safe and valued in my classroom. For that reason, I greet each student at the door with a smile and a "Good Morning" and I end the day with "Goodbye, I love you". I strive to create a caring, compassionate and stimulating learning environment in order to foster academic and social success and a love of learning. Thank you for considering my project!
