My students can get wiggly and I often see some of them do their best work while standing up. Unfortunately that can be a challenge in my room, as I have 25 big low desks and two low learning tables. For my project I am requesting 2 high tables and 2 stools. I know some of my active students who like to sit and stand when learning and working will appreciate this opportunity of having flexible seating. I want to give all of my students the chance to try flexible seating as it may make a difference in their focus and quality of work. By trying out 2 tables and 2 stools in my room, my students will rotate each week and have the choice to Stand up? Sit down? It will be up to them!
