The students in my school are energetic and always on the go. At times there seems to be a disconnect from the main purpose of school. As a teacher I strive to make school a place to learn new things and not waste time socializing about who likes who. Yes I work with middle school students who have just begun their awkward stage of life where they are starting to care about their looks and certain relationships. However, I need to find other ways to create an engaging and comfortable learning environment.

About my class
