I work in a high needs all boys elementary school located in an urban neighborhood. All of the students in my school qualify for free meals. Many face academic challenges in addition to economic challenges. I feel fortunate to play a role in their lives and am happy to help them become successful. They are eager to learn and arrive each morning with smiles on their faces.
